Grayson Allen taking lead for the Blue Devils

Grayson Allen, a 6 feet 5 inches tall senior guard from Jacksonville, Florida is off to the hottest start in his college career and it has been an impressive one. Through three games, he has averaged 25.7 points and does well in the national spotlight. It is a new season and there are no distractions yet. When the Blue Devils first test stepped on the court with them Tuesday night, Allen took charge and showed the freshman how it was done. He rattled off 37 points while shooting 7 for 11 from deep in a 88-81 victory over Michigan State University, which ranks in second place nationally.Read More

On April 22, a new swagger was brought to the D.C. sports scene. The Washington Redskins announced the signing of Pro-Bowl cornerback Josh Norman to a 5-year, $75 million contract. Norman, who spent last season being a dominate force in the secondary for NFC Champion Carolina Panthers, signed with Washington because of “the sense of wanting to win,” as he explained in an interview on Sportscenter just days later.
