UMW participates in National School Walkout

On Wednesday, March 14 at 10 a.m., across various time zones, students of all ages walked out of classes to show support and solidarity for the victims of the Parkland, Florida, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High school shooting that took place exactly one month prior. UMW Speaking Center Upgrades its Scheduling System

In the fall of 2017, the UMW Speaking Center implemented a new scheduling system designed to help and encourage students to make appointments for their academics. The new scheduler, a support system called Campus, was designed by the Education Advisory Board. One feature of Campus is that it has built in tools that make it possible for faculty to attend to their advisees.Read More
