Greek Life gets ‘boulder’ with their methods of advertising

All students at the University of Mary Washington know of the boulder used for announcements that sits outside of Woodard. “The rock,” is coated in layers and layers of paint. Students paint the rock for many of reasons, whether to announce the annual “Rocky Horror Picture Show” or to advertise a club meeting or event. Students feel the love with therapy dogs’ visit to the UMW campus

Finding ways to cope and manage the stress that comes with school can be difficult and time consuming. Relay for Life hosts fundraiser before April event

On Feb. 9, Relay For Life joined the Office of Student Activities and Engagement in hosting another successful Bingo Night. SAE attempts to have a reasonable amount of events available on campus for students each week. Every Tuesday night, Student Affairs hosts Bingo Night at the Underground where students can hang out, have fun and win prizes.
